For patients who are due an annual asthma review.
If you have been diagnosed with asthma, you will be offered a full review with the Practice Nurse annually, to ensure you are on the right medication for your symptoms. They will also be able to answer any queries you may have and check that you are using your asthma devices correctly. This is a 30 minute appointment with the nurse, and is not the same as a consultation with Doctor.
If your symptoms are deteriorating or you have any concerns, please make an appointment to see the Practice Nurse or GP.
